NATURE NAMES, LLC reserves the right to occasionally substitute without notice, frames displayed, with frames of similar color, value & quality. Frame size will always remain the same.
NATURE NAMES, LLC will produce, mat, frame and ship your order as quickly as possable, but please allow 2 to 4 weeks delivery time.
Return Policy
Your Nature Names order has been created according to the information submitted by you, the customer. NATURE NAMES, LLC will not be responsible for any misspelled or incorrect birth information supplied by the customer. If an order is incorrect due to company error, a new replacement part or whole order, if applicable, will be shipped at company cost.
Any artwork/frame damaged due to shipping can be returned to NATURE NAMES, LLC at customer cost for immediate replacement and reimbursement of transit costs.
